Community Roots
The County Line Ellenwood Community Round Up aims to celebrate the essence of our local heritage while showcasing the exciting events that bring us together. Our goal is to create an engaging, media-rich space that honors our history and promotes community spirit through vibrant celebrations. By highlighting local stories and organizing events, we strengthen our bonds and encourage everyone to participate in the wonderful traditions that make our community unique. Our Vision
Leadership & Vision
Rev. Oscar C. White, Jr. raised in the Ellenwood Community, grew up and moved to Los Angeles, California where he started the Second Chance Organization in May 1994. Second Chance emphasis was to promote general welfare and growth to low and moderate income neighborhoods.
Rev. White, after 35 years, came back to the Ellenwood Community where he started the County Line/Ellenwood Second Chance Community Services Organization.
